(1) 750 ml Doc – Swinson’s 15-year-old bourbondistilled and matured in the heart of Kentucky. Lush aromas of cooked apples, baking spice, and rich vanilla lead to a big punch of caramel, oak, and rye spice. This whiskey finishes long and complex.
(1) 750 ml–Doc Swinson’s Rye Whiskeyis very particular rye because it goes through a unique process, borrowed from the Spanish sherry bodegas, the Solera method uses a pyramid system of oxidizing and influencing casks.Light oak, drizzled caramel, velvet tides of fig, poached pears with cinnamon, a hint of anise, followed by long grassy cane sugar.
(1) 750 ml–Doc Swinson’s Alter Ego Triple Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskeythe distiller changed the finishing process to include two different types of Sherry Butts (PX & Oloroso), Cognac Puncheons and a long resting period in ex-Cognac Foeders to finish the marrying process.
