A lightly oaked Chardonnay having spent 3 months in barrel. Elegant floral notes combine with apple, light stone fruits and a tasteful backbone of vanilla. A worthy alternative to white Burgundy and in particular Macon wines. As an unwooded wine thishas a brisk and clean freshness that leads into a wide spectrum of classic flavours including citrus, wild flowers and grilled nuts, with a nuanced minerality on the aftertaste.
