Description
This wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc. We would pair it with grilled swordfish. It is awine from just outside the legendary Saint-Emilion Appellation of Bordeauxs right bank. New French Oak aging presents wonderful notes of vanilla, while the limestone soil the grapes are grown on gives great minerality. Soft tannin and an aroma that is simple, sweet, and fruit forward.
