Description
This wine is made from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s raised entirely in concrete and is very fresh and vibrant. Still maintaining its structure to remain food friendly, and it would go great with flank steak tacos. 100% Organic and biodynamic and one of the first producers in Bordeaux to do so.
