Description
This wine is 50% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 10% Mourvedre, and 5% Clairette all from the biodynamically farmed vineyards within the Cotes du Rhones- Village communes of Plan de Dieu, Saint Maurice, and Cairanne. Like all Syrah, this cuvee is perfect with anything and everything lamb, but will also kill it with a big juicy streak off the grill. Louis Barruol, the owner of Chateau Saint Cosme, has a Riesling estate in the Finger Lakes, Forge Cellars.
