Unlike most Bordeaux wines, Chteau Mayne-Vieil Fronsac is not a blend, as this wine consists of 100% Merlot grapes. An extensive stainless-steel aging process gives this wine fresh and forward blue fruit notes, and a distinct woody spice. Pair it with a mild rendition of butter chicken.
