Description
This wine is 60% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay from select vineyards in Champagne, France. A delightful ‘infinity blend’ of both the 2016 vintage as well as a solera of wine that dates back to the 1990’s. This bottle sings with notes of melon, apricot, tart green apple, and brioche. Pair with grilled Mahi Mahi, or a London Broil.
