Taking their Rosa Blanco one step further, Cazcanes ages their Rosa Reposado for 82 days in wet, first-fill French Oak Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels. Like the blanco, it is bottled at 50% ABV for a super full and long lasting sip. The nose shows beautiful florals and minerality alongside deeper notes of plum cake, cinnamon and allspice and grilled pineapple. Flavors of more juicy plum, berries, pepper, and a buttery texture that clings to the palate.
