Cave de Hunawihr are a cooperative winemaking company based in the Haut-Rhin Hunawihr commune of Alsace, France. The wines are made in classic Alsace style – single varietal expressions made in a way that showcases the fresh, primary fruit characteristics of the grape with noticeable acidity and intensity of flavour.
This Riesling is made in a dry style with pronounced flavours and aromas of grapefruit, pear and lime with a searing acidity making a refreshing, balanced wine.
