This wine is 100% Monica di Sardegna, an indigenous variety that has origins in Spain. The result medium-light bodied wine that shows subtle light red fruit balanced with earthy notes that are a direct result of the sandy loam soil where the vines are grown. We are in LOVE with the versatility of this wine- serve chilled or room temp, with a traditional Sardinianfregula, at toasted pasta akin to cous-cous.
