Description
This wine is made of 100% Pinot Grigio. We would pair it with a shrimp and lobster risotto. Aromatic with notes of orchard fruits and white flowers, and rich and velvety flavors of citrus, pear, and yellow apple. The wine has juicy acidity due to diurnal shift’s effects on the grapes, and is extremely refreshing.
