Description
Ca’ dei Frati produces wine in the Lombardy area of Western Italy. Using methods such as picking by hand with no skin contact to retain the delicate flavours, to implementing malolactic fermentation and lees ageing to lift the wine, Igino Del Cero pays extra attention to detail when creating these premium wines.
This wine has aromatic scents of peach and floral notes – jasmine and fresh white blossom. On the palate the stone fruit continues with a crisp acidity to balance the wine.
