This wine is 100% Albario. It’s juicy, acidic, and vibrant with notes of grapefruit, white peach, and tangerine. Pair it with shrimp ceviche or paella. Aged on its lees in cement and stainless steel for 3 months to add some roundness to a super zippy wine.
