This wine is 100% naturally fermented skin-contact Grenache Blanc. Try it slightly chilled down and paired with pork loin hot off the grill, slow roasted lamb, or a meat and cheese plate shared among friends. Serving slightly chilled brings out the complex textures and characteristics imparted by both the skin-contact as well as the 8 months the wine spends in 25% new Russian oak.
