Description
This wine is made from 100% Bobal, Spain’s third-most planted grape varietal. The wine comes from 30-70 year old vines, and is vinified with whole grape clusters, a unique process for Bobal. The wine is structured, ripe, but still juicy, with notes of spiced dark fruit, clove, and leather. Pair it with a chorizo and chicken paella.
