Description
Honouring Bladnochs traditional style, this malt is brought together using a blend of three different woods ex Bourbon, ex Sherry and ex Whisky and finally finished in brand new American Oak.
Tasting notes:
Aged oak, sweet vanilla, ginger
Colour – Pale gold
Nose – Quite rich and malty. Orange peel, honey with spicy toasted vanilla and grassy notes.
Palate – Soft, rich and tongue coating. Spicy honey, gingerbread, a hintof Seville orange and sweet vanilla oakiness.
Finish – Lovely balanced oak, lightly drying and spicy
