This wine is made of 100% Shiraz (Syrah), and we love it paired with roast leg of lamb. or a meat lovers pizza. The wine bursts with classic old vine Shiraz flavors and smells, such as pepper, eucalyptus, black berry and plum. It has a richness and deepness of flavor, typical of wines made, in part, from vines with over 100 years of age.
