Description
This wine is made of 70% Smillon, 20% Roussanne, and 10% Marsanne. Each varietal is fermented separately and aged 6 months on their lees, for a marriage of wonderful flavor and texture. Pithy nectarine and melon flavors jump out on a super refreshing palate, tied in by soft tannins. We would enjoy this with our favorite conserva, tinned fish, squid or shell fish, and some crusty bread with olive oil.
