Description
This wine is made from Trebbiano and Malvasia, carefully selected and dried in ventilated rooms. It is fermented with native yeasts and aged in small oak casks for seven years. It is a brilliant golden amber with honey, toasted almond, and vanilla aromas. On the palate it’s sweet and rich with candied apricot, orange peel, figs, and brioche. Enjoy it after a delicious meal or with biscotti and pistachio ice cream.
