Description
This wine is made of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia. We would pair it with veal milanese. The wine is fermented on the skins in terracotta amphorae for the entire winter until the first warm spring.Once drawn off, it is put back into the amphora until the next harvest. The wine is texturally unique, and has a refreshing palate with flavors of apricot and wildflower honey.
