Ioppa’s sole white wine is a blend of Erbaluce and Timorasso. It is fermented entirely in stainless steel and doesn’t see any oak in order the preserve purity and minerality. We love this charming and electric Northern Italian white blend with grilled fish, a white pizza pie, or pan fried veal cutlet and a huge peppery green salad. Delicious!
