Our flagship gin spirit, crafted from 28 botanicals, 22 of which are foraged across the Philippines, including fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, mango, Benguet pine, sampaguita, ylang-ylang and kamia flowers.
- Nose
Fresh highlights of pomelo and calamansi, with earthy coriander, savory juniper, pine and a rounding of mango. Hints of perfumed lavender.
- Palate
Fresh pomelo, dalandan and calamansi, pine juniper spice. Floral dryness from the angelica and chamomile, with notes of lemongrass, cinnamon and black pepper.
- Finish
Clean and balanced, with cooling notes from lemon balm and cardamom.
