Description
Weissburgunder is also known as Pinot Blanc. This moreish German white wine is made using 30 year-old vines from Mosel – the vines are grown on steep slopes with slate soils.
This delectable organic wine underwent spontaneous fermentation initially before being transferred to old oak casks for some more controlled fermentation. It was then rested in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness and perfect Pinot Blanc crispness.
On the palate, this wine is dry and has a round, silky mouthfeel providing a medium bodied texture and a soft stone fruit core.
