Description
This wine is made of 100% Khikhvi. Sharp and opulent, this amber wine is dry, with bright citrus and starfruit flavors. High in acid and minerality and may remind you of a sharp Cheverny Blanc or Loire Valley White, with some tannin. Khikhvi is great to pair with rich and flavorful foods, like barbecue ribs, bratwurst with grilled veggies, or a spicy sausage and mushroom risotto. Khikhvi is one of the wildest Georgian grapes, and must be tamed for its power to shine in the glass, which Anapea Village has done here nicely.
