These hand picked and gently pressed grapes make a delicate, and subtle wine some of which has undergone malo-lactic fermentation to add a little body and creaminess. Aromatic, rose petals, and red fruit on the nose.This wine should be drunk now and pairs amazingly with oysters or oily fish such. Enjoy.
