Description
The Castle Rock Ros of Pinot Noir was produced from grapes grown in Monterey County. Harvested in the cool of night, the grapes were sent directly to press to pull just enough color from the skins to achieve the delicate hue. The wine is crisp, fresh, and floral with bright acidity and aromas of violet and rose petals. On the palate, it is supple and harmonious with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus, with a smooth lingering finish. Perfect for drinking on its own, it also makes a nice accompaniment to salads, light pasta dishes, and seafood.
