Description
Binya Station Pinot Grigio is produced in Australia and features notes of citrus, tart grapefruit and green apple. The palate is on the drier side and has a bit of a tart bite to start which is balanced by a slight sweetness and peach notes. Hints of minerality and grass. Pairs well with a hot summer day and Asian-inspired foods.
