In the summer of 2018, we laid down a reserve of our famous Kentucky Straight Bourbon. After a 5-year rest, our master distiller hand-selects and curates each barrel of our small-batch bourbon. One of the oldest whiskey brands in the U.S., Chicken Cock Whiskey, known as The Famous Old Brand, was established in 1856 in Paris, Bourbon County, Kentucky.
