Akashi Sommelier Series is a single malt whiskey aged for 5 years in pinot noir casks sourced by Master Sommelier Kenneth Fredrickson. Robust notes of red fruits, malt and floral essence. The palate has a richness that finishes long with soft, round edges and plenty of recognizable spice box and leather. This is an exclusive 630 bottle release. Bottled at 50% abv.
