This Small Batch Vatting, exclusively available in the USA, combines ex-Bourbon barrel and ex-Sherry cask matured Kilchoman at 46% ABV with one one specially selected STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) cask at natural cask strength.
70% BOURBON / 5% OLOROSO SHERRY / 25% STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) CASK
The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke notes with layers of red fruits, festive spices, and cinnamon sweetness.
