Poor Mrs. Weller does try her best to keep it all pulled together, and sometimes all that can be done is to make a stiff one. Tidy it up with some syrup, tea and a bit of fresh mint? Now its all genteel and the like, a right proper beverage for a real lady! Pip pip, and another one while youre at it, thank you very much.
Recipe:
– 2 1/2 ozPlantation Stiggins’ Fancy Plantation Pineapple Rum
– 1/2 oz Cocktail & Sons Mint & Lemon Verbena Syrup
– 4 drops 1821 Earl Grey Bitters
Add 1/4 ozsyrup to glass or tin, fill with crushed ice. Add rum, remaining syrup, and bitters over ice, then mound more ice over top. Garnish with fresh mint.
