Description
FromDestiladora de Los Altos, NOM 1412, this highland tequila was double distilled in traditional pot stills before being rested for 90 days in used American White Oak barrels.
On the nose, find cinnamon, pepper, citrus oils, cocoa, and sweet toffee. The palate develops the pepper and cinnamon, with strong cooked agave notes with barrel spice. Finishes sweet and spicy. Bottled at 40% abv.
