Saffron from Persia, worth more than its weight than gold, brings out the rich complex tapestry of flavours. Enticing aromas of rich red fruit and spice lead to the sweetness of ripe cherries on the palate, enriched by the exoticsaffron which leads on to a finish of bitter herbs and spices.
