The Midnight Lounge Espresso Martini from San Francisco’s Golden Rule is crafted from Equator Coffee espresso, cinnamon, vodka, vanilla liqueur, and chicory root, fora bar-quality ready-to-drink cocktail in a can.The idea came while out on a walk, after sampling the house specialtyatalocal bar. The connotations around the espresso martini are many and dont always paint the cocktail in the best light. However, as we cruised along, we continued to sip on something that was sweet, yet provided the bitterness of espresso that we enjoyed. All this, combined with the euphoric effects of a premium vodka and the alertness of caffeine- this cocktail basically presented itself to us.
