Description
This complex, low-ABV spin on a Margarita calls on two all-star Aperitifs from Alpenz: Salers Aperitif from the French alps, and Cocchi’s classic quinine tinged Americano aperitif wine. Salers has a subtle earthiness alongside the more familiar citrus notes that in its own unique way evokes the sweet vegetal qualities of Agave spirits, while Cocchi adds layers of vinous florals and stone fruits. Add some lime and a couple drops of salt and pepper tincture and you got yourself an Aperitivo Margarita for the ages.
