Distilled from a mash of 73% corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley, Castle & Key Small Batch Bourbon is aged at least four years before bottling at 100 proof. Scents of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal, peaches, vanilla, and oak define the pleasant nose. Sipping brings flavors of peach, melon, honey, white peppercorn, and rye spice before the finish leaves lingering notes of rye and peppercorn spice.
