After a 5-year hiatus, Siembras highlands reposado returns with the same brick oven and American oak barrels that started the Siembra project in 2005. Sweet on the nose, this spirit epitomizes the balance of wood and agave. Notes of buttermilk, cinnamon, citrus oils, and hints of anise and minerality. Bottled at 40% abv.
