Its first citrus burst (from lemon, lime, bergamot, and Seville orange) paves the way for earthy angelica and bay laurel. Then it’s time for the herbs and spices to have their way with juniper, fennel, peppercorn, star anise, hops, and more ensuring a long finish with flavorful twists and turns along the way. Botanivore is a symphony of flavor comprised of 19 different botanical ingredients working in concert. Think of a meadow in bloom: herbaceous, fresh, and elegant.

Whats in it?

While a classic London dry gin is juniper forward, Botanivore explores how lush gin can be when juniper berries are surrounded by a whole host of complementary botanicals.

In addition to juniper, you’ll find angelica root, fresh California bay, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, fresh cilantro, cinnamon, citra hops, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon peel, lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel, and star anise.

The Process

We vapor-infuse juniper berries, bay laurel, and fresh cilantro. The other 16 ingredients are distilled in the pot of our 1,500-liter still after being steeped overnight.
