Made from 100-percent-estate-grown California sweet potatoes, it is distilled at lower proof to retain more flavor and aged in custom charred American white oak for up to 4 years. An utterly unique liqueur. Distilled from sweet potatoes, aged in oak, with brown sugar and a blend of spices and extracts added. Notes of maple, cinnamon and clove dissipate into sweet potato and oak. Lingering vanilla and spice on the finish.
