Description
A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how th eunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer – it’s a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth of character and has a smooth, silky body.
The Pinot Noir A L’Ancienne has been made using Pinot Noir grapes combined with mature lambic, which is then left to ferment in the bottle for the second time.
