Description
Mas de Daumas Gassacs vineyards follow the principles of organic farming but are not certified. Located in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of Southern France this area benefits from having it’s own micro-climate and having similar soils to that of the Medoc – making it a perfect location to grow vines. The vineyard now makes it their mission to make accessible style wines according to organic principles.
The Guibert family have been making outstanding wines here since 1974 and have received widespread praise for creating the first iconic wines of the Languedoc. They are wine making legends who have championed the natural wine movement.
This is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, whilst it is a fuller and fruitier style than Provenal rose wines, it is still beautifully elegant.
