Matic are a north-eastern Slovenian winery located in Stajerska which borders Austria and Hungary. It is an old family run estate, now run byMatija erjav (known by his friends as Matic) who uses absolutely no chemical interventions in the vineyard or winery. Thecellar itself dates back to 1852 and reflects the stripped back and raw nature of the wines.
Made with 100% Blaufrankisch, this is a fun, frothy rose pet nat. Lots of grapefruit, strawberry and pomegranate flavours followed by an almost creamy finish.
