Description
Domaine Capmartin vineyards have been certified organic for over 10 years and are now working towards biodynamic certification. Simons wines are as natural as they come with minimum intervention in the vineyard and winery. No added sulphites, naturally occurring yeasts and minimal tannins lead to the creation of fantastically fresh wines.
Natural blended white with Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Chardonnay. This is delicate and unoaked, leading to flavours and aromas of crisp apple and pear, with lended complexity of kiwi and pineapple with a minerality on the finish.
