Description
This wine is made in the uber trendy “orange wine” style. Orange wine is simply a white wine that has been made with a lot of grape skin contact. The grape skins impart an amber or even orange colour into the juice. So, there are no oranges used in the wine at all. This one uses 100% Cataratto grape, a sicilian native white wine variety.
Rich, pithy fruit character, savoury herbs, ginger, spices and more abound.
