Description
Established since 1991 Legras and Haas is run by Rmi, Olivier and Jrme Legras. They create classic Champagnes. Their Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru comes from the village of Chouilly and is solely Chardonnay.
A pale lemon colour with fine bubbles, a fresh and lively nose with with plenty of citrus aromas. Bone dry and mineral which has a long, long finish. Classic Chardonnay. Drink now.
