Description
Bodega Pablo Fallabrino is a winery located where the River Plate in Uruguay meets the Atlantic Ocean, providing ocean breezes whilst not compromising on a warm, sunny climate. They practice a very hands off approach to winemaking, using no insecticides and only a very low grade fungicide to control downy mildew. Pablo Fallabrino himself comes from a surfing background, with a laid back character and easy going nature. This allows him tofollow his instincts and take more chances and experiment more with his wine choices.
A skin contact wine using Gewurztraminer, resulting in a highly perfumed and complex orange wine with flavours of clementine, quince and black tea.
