Description
This wine is 100% Tempranillo Blanco from high elevation vineyards in Albelda de Iregua and Montes de Clavijo. These vines are growing at about 700 meters above sea level, resulting in a fresh but delicate wine that is ready to be drunk. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its aromatics and aged on its lees in a combination of stainless steel and french oak barrels for added roundness and texture. We would enjoy this with roasted chicken thighs over a bed of farro or couscous.
