Description
This wine is made of 88% Clairette, 10% Roussanne, and 2% Grenache Blanc. An aromatic and structured Rhne blend with lots of freshness. We would pair this with a caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and basil. Via Caritatis has rich history, dating back to 1309 when the first pontifical vineyard was planted by Clement V. The Benedictine monks and nuns of Le Barroux Abbeys have taken responsibility for the working the vineyard in Ventoux, and make incredible Rhone valley wines with centuries of inspiration.
