Description
This wine is made of 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. Slightly effervescent and acidic, this wine will be sure to please at the daytime barbecue with some tapas like gambas al ajillo (shrimp fried in garlic olive oil), tinned fish, and some toasty bread. The wine is light, dry, and refreshing. ‘Flysch’ is the type of soil Bodegas Gorosti grows its grapes on, and refers to a combination of sandstone and shale marine sediment that formed many thousands of years ago.
