This wine is 100% Riesling from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This bottling is 50% estate Riesling from the Eola Amity Hills and 50% Riesling from the Yamhill Vineyard. Rich with cherry and tropical fruit with a tantalizing salinity, feel free to cellar this bottling, or pair with your favorite sausage based dish. The name for this bottling comes from the Ara constellation, which represents the alter where the Greek Gods met before battling the Titans.
